Macro Monday

This tractor lives in the shop most all the time......

Except when people like me get it down off the shelf to play with it......

Here is the real deal.

Sunday Stills Landscapes

Today was ranch church in Post, OR. I took these out the car window as husband drove, we didn't have time to stop on the way out, some of my favorite country side.

These images are out in the desert above the juniper burn, looking over the Crooked River Canyon, to the Cascades to the west and Pine Mountain to the south, and lastly me taking those images by my riding partner.

Location Map

I added a worldwide map logger to my blog. So far in just the last couple of weeks I have seen hits from all over the world. Were some accidents? Were they referrals, intentional, or found by accident from surfing the blogosphere? If you care to leave a comment I'd love to say hi;
Australia (AU)3
United Kingdom (GB)1
Pakistan (PK)1
Vietnam (VN)1
New Zealand (NZ)1
If you choose not to share that's OK..... I have been enjoying it very much none the less.

Sunday Stills Wildflowers

My riding partner and I went out on to desert to find flowers, we found several varieties. This time of year is best here, another month and most will be gone and dried up.

My partner Cindy took the following images..... including me getting my macro of the blue cranesbill.....sigh.......

The End!

Macro Monday

Ladies and mothers in our church all received a rose for Mothers Day. I thought it was suited for macro shots.....

This is a macro of a silver concho I had lying around.....

Sunday Stills Controls

The TV remote, I forced the camera into pretty good shallow DOF, by focusing on the very edge of the closest part and then moving the camera up to get the whole remote.

My Husbands guitar has several controls, knobs and even the bar is a control, I liked the poster/draw edit on this.

The washer with a neon edit, otherwise the washer is white.

Drill press in the garage has lots of important controls.

In our area this control for the water is a must.
